Try before you pay

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged at all.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Stokpax isn't right for you, email info@stokpax.com within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are generally not refundable — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If an annual renewal was charged and you contact us within 14 days without having materially used the service in the new term, we will refund it.

Statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive; Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation). To exercise it, notify us in writing at info@stokpax.com within 14 days of subscribing; all payments are refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of your notice. Where the law allows the withdrawal right to lapse for digital services whose performance has begun with your consent, our 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies — so you are never worse off.

Billing mistakes

Duplicate charges or billing errors are always refunded in full. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

How to request a refund

Email info@stokpax.com from the address on your account with your invoice number. We reply within one business day.
